<p>My grandmother gave me a box full of old recipe cards. I find it inspirating to look at them and get ideas for suppers.</p>
<p>One of the cards was a recipe for bread rollls with minced meat.</p>
<ul>
<li>bread rolls</li>
<li>minced meat</li>
<li>tomato paste</li>
<li>green olives</li>
<li>onion</li>
<li>garlic cloves</li>
<li>cheese</li>
</ul>
<p>Remove some bread from the roll halves.</p>
<p>Brown minced meat and add the breadcrumbs. Add tomato paste, green olives, onion and garlic. Season with salt, pepper and basil.</p>
<p>Fill the rolls with meat and put some cheese on top. Bake in oven, 200 celsius till the cheese is melted and has got pretty color.</p>

<p>I usually make macaroni casserole, using the recipe on the Myllyn Paras&#8217; macaroni package:</p>

<p>Cook macaroni and brown the  minced meat. Season meat with salt, pepper, paprika and curry.</p>
<p>Mix eggs with milk. Blend macaroni and meat into a large casserole. Pour milk and egg mix in the casserole.</p>
<p>Bake in oven, 200 celsius 1 hour.</p>

<p>Meatballs are pretty easy to make. I served them with stir fry vegetables (squash, carrot, potato)</p>
<ul>
<li>2 dl water (or cream or sour cream)</li>
<li>1 dl breadcrumbs</li>
<li>1 egg</li>
<li>1 onion</li>
<li>1 tsp salt</li>
<li>0,5 tsp black pepper</li>
<li>1 tsp paprika</li>
<li>400 g minced meat</li>
</ul>
<p>Mix the breadcrumbs with water (or cream or sour cream) and let it swell up.</p>
<p>Add chopped onion, minced meat, egg and seasoning to the bread crumbs. Blend it well.</p>
<p>Make pretty balls with wet hands and bake them in oven, 200 celsius about 20 minutes.</p>

<p>Shrimps:</p>

<li>½ lime</li>
<li>2 tsp sesamy seeds</li>
</ul>
<p>Lighty fry chopped onion and garlic and chili with olive oil. Add tomatos, coconut milk and broth. Let it boil for at least 15 minutes. Mix the soup with a soup mixer. Season with salt, pepper, a little bit of sugar and lemon zest.</p>
<p>Roast sesamy seeds in a dry pan till they are golden brown. Put chopped onion and cilantro in a bucket. Add lime zest and lime juice. Mix the sauce with sesamy seeds and shrips. Let the shrimps marinade for a while.</p>
<p>Serve soup with the seasoned shrimps!</p>
