Again, I made a simple supper; tomato sauce with anchovies, served with pasta…
And, it really does taste even better, when you know that the tomatoes are from your own garden!
Ingredients
7-9 tomatoes
2 garlic cloves
1 Poblano hot pepper
6-10 anchovies
1/2 red onion
salt och pepper
1-2 tsp basil
1 tbs vinegar
1 tsp sugar
water
some drops of hot sauce
sour cream

Since I had picked some okra and tomatoes today, I wanted to use them for the supper. I therefor decided to make my own kind of a vegetarian chili…! Tasty, I must say.

I went to the garden today, and picked me some of the harvest.
The tomato plants are starting to look good again, after the massive rains. I managed to pick some real gorgeous tomatoes!
The okra is growing fast – and I am trying to figure out how to cook them. Any suggestions?
