So, this is one of my absolutely favorite dishes; I love cooking it, and I love eating it!
Ingredients
4 Tilapia filets
1 big onion
1 cup Ketchup
2 tbs brown sugar
2 tbs white vinegar
4 tbs Worcestershire sauce

We got Asian inspired Tilapia the other night for supper. It was served with rise – and afterwards we were very full and pleased!

I fried Tilapia fillets last night for supper – it was tasty, and so easy to cook!
Ingredients
4 Tilapia fillets
1 cup all purpose flour
2 tbs grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 egg
Mix all purpose flour with Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
Whip 1 egg.

It is summer – and I have been missing the Swedish summer food.

Again, I made a simple supper; tomato sauce with anchovies, served with pasta…
And, it really does taste even better, when you know that the tomatoes are from your own garden!
