Since I had picked some okra and tomatoes today, I wanted to use them for the supper. I therefor decided to make my own kind of a vegetarian chili…! Tasty, I must say.

Ingredients
- 1 cup diced okra
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup black chickpeas
- 1 shredded Poblano hot pepper
- 1 tbs whole wheat flour
- 1 bag (1 oz) Chili seasoning
- 1-1.5 c water
- salt
Shred and dice all the vegetables.

Fry the vegetables in a pan with a little bit of olive oil. Add about 1 tbs whole wheat flour, and the chickpeas. Let them all get all cosy and hot. Then add the chili seasoning, and a little bit of water.
Let the vegetarian chili bubble some, during about 15 minutes, while you prepare the salad to serve it with.
